This has to be the slowest McDonald's on the planet. I've to McDonald's in europe, Korea and Japan and this one in my own... hometown is by far the worst. They don't even acknowledge you when standing in the store and God forbid you get stuck at thedrive-thru, which has 2 lanes to order but neither line ever moves. If you can skip this dump and go with burger king orWendy's. Or better yet stay home and cook. Read more
Poor coordination at the drive through. Location uses dual lanes and kiosks. Due to this, the lane I was in was ignored for at... least 14+ minutes, I timed it. After providing my order, upon arrival, finally at the first window, an additional 8 minuteslater, the employee could not find the order I had provided, on her screen, and required the assistance of a manager in order toget the price and order straight. The employee was so clueless, and incompetent that she didn't even know that there were 2kiosks and lanes ???? giving orders, and that she was ignoring one of the lanes for an inordinate amount of time. At the orderdelivery window they provided an incorrect order, and it had to be corrected, both food, and beverage. This franchise owner isincompetent, and it IS demonstrated at EVERYONE of HER franchises in the northern suburbs of Pittsburgh. The minorities shehires to work in the stores are good for ONLY ONE THING, and that's janitorial jobs. I have witnessed this time after time!!!The other employees are barely capable of doing their jobs. This is fast food PEOPLE, we AREN'T working on bumping an asteroidfrom an earth bound impact. The food was fine, but something (maybe a rediculous customer order ahead of me or staff shortages?) caused the drive thru to... get backed up. The staff that was there were nice and the food was warm, so I'll take it. Read more
Normally, this particular store in the past had been good experience. On my last visit, it was the contrary. I had to wait an... extremely long time for small order of two hamburgers while inside of store. Lately, more time is spent with drive thru and andpick up call in orders. It's still a clean convenient highway stop over as you make your north or south on route 65. They coulduse more staff though. Read more
Got a 10 piece nugget and a double 1/4 with cheese and my nuggets were fresh but my burger was obviously old meat and the bun... was stale. It's absurd that I just paid almost 20 bucks for my meal and everything was so obviously made hours ago. I had toreheat my fries and everything. I've been visiting this McDonald's for awhile and have been witnessing something I just feel I need to report. There's a manager... there named Tory and I don't know how she still has a job. I've witnessed her throwing things at employees, cussing outemployees, and even throwing things into customers cars. One time I called to ask what time they closed and she responded, "Iclose whenever I want" before hanging up. These are just things that I have witnessed myself, and I'm part of the public. I canonly imagine how bad she is when she's not in view of the public. The rest of the crew have been great, though. The 1 star isliterally only because of her. Read more
The associates there are friendly, quick, and get my order right which doesn't always happen at some other fast food... restaurants. One time they were very short handed they put up a cute ' patience' sign where you order which I thought was agreat idea because it made the customers more understanding. Read more
I asked for a Big Mac with extra sauce and some rude person destroyed my Big Mac I couldn't even eat it there was so much sauce... they drowned it in it! I'm not sure how to put a picture up but I have two pictures that show that you can't even see the bun orthe meat that's how much sauce is on it. Read more
