There are always lots of workers at this location, sooo can we PLEASE REOPEN THE DINING ROOM! It?s getting colder out, and... people will no longe be able to grab food and sit on a bench outside. McDonald?s food is horrible cold, so waiting until you gethome to eat it would be a waste of money, especially when the prices keep rising at this location. Read more

Didn't even eat here cause app wouldn't work. I left since either they are lazy or they are still using the "covid excuse" not... to open any seating or tables... As I'm trying to fix the app on my phone everyone just stares at you with sideways eyes. Neverfeel awkward, it takes a lot, but I couldn't stand in that closed down looking store another second. Perfect location. food was okay, just what I'd expect from a McDonald's. I tried asking for 1 BBQ, 1 buffalo, and 1 honey... mustard sauce with my 20 piece nuggets but was given 3 BBQ and charged for 1 honey mustard. Read more
The food great but had very limited staff. There cashier didn't actually great you only listen for your order. I also work at a... McDonald's up on the northeast part of PA and I was on vacation but it still kinda tough knowing as a worker at McDonald's theintroduction is one of the important part of communication between the employees and customers. Bout as good as one could be with no special amenities. No dining inside at all since Covid. No using the restroom right now. ... Decently clean. Kind management. Efficient service. But... it's downtown and can get ridiculously busy from open to close withtoo few employees. But... I never had issues with any of my orders there. Read more

I'm in Pittsburgh for work and we walked over from Union Trust for lunch. It was pretty quick service and the restaurant was... clean. My fish filet sandwich wasn't the best. The fries were fresh but a bit overcooked. Read more
