Hands down best pizzeria takeout/delivery in the burgh. I literally moved to Mt Lebanon so I could get Mineos delivered! The... best cheese, the toppings, and the perfectly cooked crispy wings?! Like what!? ????????melissimò got my old Italiangrandmother begging for their recipe! PS: the Meatball dinner and their meatballs PERIOD. Are WAY underrated! Must try withricotta. Read more

Arguably the best Pizza in town. I grew up on Mineo's Pizza and is always my go to. Staff is very friendly, quality is awesome... toppings are plentiful. Do yourself a favor and give it a try. Read more

Don't know how a crust can be crunchy and chewy at the same time, but they nailed it. Sauce spicy, but not too spicy. Toppings... generous and tasty. Best of all it travels well, so it works for takeout and delivery. Read more

This is the real deal. Pizza here is very, very good. Fresh. Clean place. Can see them making it in front of you. The produce is... good: the pizza doesn't leak oil and grease when done. Cash only tho, but it's a small flaw ? the quality of food is great andoutweighs that by a lot. Read more

Got the pizza on the late side. I loved how cheesy it was. Thing crust, which I like. However, the thing crust is rather tough... and harder to chew than I prefer. It?s saucy, which I also like. Read more

I can see why this place is popular. The staff is very friendly, it has a long history and is a Pittsburgh staple, and the... pizzas are loaded with cheese -- it is by no means bad. However, I found the pizza to be slightly below average and overpricedin comparison to the going rate for Pittsburgh pizza (2 large one topping pizzas and a sandwich was over $60). The cheese itselftasted a bit bland and didn't have that slightly aged hint found in the best Pittsburgh pizzeria cheese blends. For my taste, the cheese was a bit too abundant, though many folks may prefer this. The toppings were not bad but also nothing special in myopinion -- pepperonis were standard thin and flat circles without much flavor/spices (likely purchased in bulk), not the smallerthicker slices with curled tips that you always hope for on a pizza. This place is definitely worth trying as many may fall inlove with the pizza if you don't care much about flavor profiles and just want a thick cheesy pizza. Just make sure to bringcash to pay and to have someone to drive with to pick up the pizza if you do takeout since parking is not good during busytimes. Read more
