Fresh, hot, and spicy!! So delicious and warming on a cold winter day and it?s also great in the summer with a nice cold beer! ... Delivery is always fast, and my order is correct and on time every time. This is NOT like regular soup, all of the broth is notmeant to be eaten; this is Asian Hot Pot or MaLaTang, similar to French fondue, the broth the food cooks in is not meant to beeaten. Very good high end Ramen/noodle soup with thorough list of toppings, I had udon crazy spicy and loved the quail eggs, fish... dumplings, mushrooms and squid. I tried my Fiances mild broth as well, it had a great flavor too. Mine had perfect heat (veryspicy as advertised), good tasting broth and the perfect amount of high quality add ins. Very watery broth, not like the sesame flavored broth you had in China. Not a lot of options of add-ins either.

Even mild was very spicy. But except spicy, no other flavors popped up. Meatballs just so so, which not a lot of options left to... pick. And they forgot my marinated egg order. Read more
