First time here. I asked if the French toast had cinnamon I was told yes. I got my food and there was no cinnamon on my ftoast.... I told the lady there wasn?t none she insisted there was even with me showing her. She then rudely suggested if I wanted mymoney back. I said can I just get done cinnamon to put on it. She rolled her eyes preceded to walk away shouting ?omg?. Cameback with a cup full of nutmeg. Then starting taking someone else?s order. While I was still waiting I needed syrup. There wasnone in my bag so my friend had to tell her for me cuz at this point the lady was just too rude. Now the food was just ok. Thehomefries were baked potatoes chopped and mashed up and the red peppers were jar red peppers. Did taste too bad but wasn?tappealing. The eggs bacon and toast were acceptable. The French toast was literally quickly dipped on one side with egg and theother side was just toasted so it?s just toast with syrup no flavor. Highly disappointed with my experience. I would give itanother try if the lady was completely rude today. But i will not be back. Read more
Customer service skill suck. There?s not enough space to dine in. 2 weeks I came here to eat and there was flies circling around... the food. Today, I decided to give it another try and every I ask to sit was told it wasn?t available or space is blocked forsome other reason. As I was talking to the older adult her daughter interrupted the conversation, as I told to stay kid?s placeno one was talking to her. The last 2 years this diner food is not as good. Read more
Standard diner experience which means really good food in a humble space. Everyone seemed to be regulars and I can see why. The... food was delicious, the value was high, and the wait was short. I got a little bit of everything and probably ate too much to behonest. The pancakes were 10/10 and it?s easily the most amount of bacon in one order that I?ve seen. What a delightful place. We found this while driving through Pittsburgh. It's a small location in the middle of nowhere, but... what s great place to eat! The food was delicious, the staff were not only helpful but funny as well. The prices were great, itwas just great experience. I would definitely come back here. Highly recommend it! Read more
I dined inside of Nancy?s for brunch and ordered fish & grits with a side of home fries. My husband ordered turkey bacon, eggs,... toast, & grits. This little quaint diner has delicious food and the people who work there are very pleasant. If you want goodfood with reasonable prices and great service, dine at Nancy?s. It?s definitely a jewel.
