I haven't been to Outback in a long time. Since I was already on McKnight Road I decided to stop by Outback and grab some dinner... before I head home. I was very surprised that I didn't have to wait long on a Friday night. I ended up ordering a bone-in ribeyeand my God that was absolutely amazing. Now the service I got was incredible. My waitress name was Tracy who was very pleasantand always came back to see if I needed anything else and always made sure my drink was filled. Most places you got to trackthem down. To start this off I have been in the restaurant industry for a few years, and very picky. Yet, tonight was one of the best... dinners I?ve ever had! Our server was Michaela, and she was so attentive I would love to request her next I come in! Themanagers Mackenzie and Corey both stopped by our table to make sure everything was going well, and were so kind it made us feelso welcome! My dinner was cooked to perfection, and could not have asked for a better wait staff. Everyone there was so sweet ifI could give this restaurant and the wait staff more than 5 stars I would! The food was good and I haven?t been to an Outback Steakhouse in quite a while, but the reason for my 5-Star review is because... of our server, Hailey! She was AMAZING and quite literally an angel. She was so attentive, made sure we had everything weneeded, and she was so cheerful and made the dining experience so so much better! My sister and I ate here together and we couldnot stop talking about how great she was. If you have Hailey as your server, you?re in for a fantastic dining experience. Not long of a wait, great service, food was only ok. I think the Blooming onion used to be better. Kids meal chicken was... dry/chewy, but they made another portion which was better. Read more
I recently had been trying other local steakhouses including Longhorn and Texas Roadhouse. For the past year or so I have... experienced long wait times and less than friendly service. Tonight at Outback Connor provided excellent and speedy service; hewas an absolute charm to be around. The 30oz Porterhouse turned out to be cooked to perfection. In the past few months, I have eaten inside this Outback restaurant twice. Both times, the seating hostesses and waitresses... provided timely and polite service, and the cooks in the kitchen properly prepared my husband's and my food. My husband and Ienjoyed our sirloin, filet mignon, chicken, salads, blooming onion, and beverages. According to the menu, certain foods are veryunhealthy, such as the Aussie cheese fries with 1,760 calories and the chocolate fondue with 2,240 calories, but we have eatenthem in the past, and they taste so good! Out here visiting our son. They were definitely short handed and our waiter was actually covering the bar area too. In spite... of this, the waiter was upbeat and made out visit a pleasure.
