This was my first experience at a P.F. Chang's. I was extremely hesitant because this type of food isn't normally my favorite. I... was delightfully surprised with how delicious our food was. Our server was really great and we were never left with an emptydrink. We got lunch bowls. Kung pao chicken, honey chicken, Chang's spicy chicken and sesame chicken. They were all amazing andI would recommend every one of them. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. I loved the texture of the chicken, I'musually weird with that. Really?? I ordered online and picked it up. All you had to do was cook it , check it and package it , and i tipped!! Some people... have special dietary needs and an ACCURATE carb count (etc) is crucial. Read more
We went on a Friday for dinner. I have been to pf chang before near KOP mall and the food experience was not this bad. Here... everything was good except for the food itself. We ordered batter fried shrimp, kung pao chicken, chicken fried rice and shrimplomain. Pretty simple and straightforward menu. Even a chain like panda express would have better executed those dishes. All ofthe dishes came out to be sweet. They donot put any veggies in the noodles or the rice and all I got is only celery. The Kungpao chicken was even at a sweeter side. The starter was the best of the lot but it doesn't worth it since I spent 75 bucks for 2people. The service was good - wait time for food was low and staffs were really friendly. Read more

I'm only giving 4 stars because of the assistant manager Coral. My spouse and I placed an order for drinks and food to our... waiter. We waited about 30mins for our drinks and food and received nothing. There was a family who came in after us, sat andgot their drinks and appetizers before us. My spouse made a complaint to the hostess, we were about to leave, but Coral cameapologize and rectified the situation. She made sure we got our drinks and food ASAP. P.F Chang's never lets me down. I went here on a whim one day before my flight at the Pittsburgh Airport. Had an amazing time... and an amazing server. Our food came very quickly, and was hot off of the press. Their drinks did not disappoint either as Itried two brand new ones. I love P.F chang's and I will continue to support this location and others. I would definitelyrecommend dining here, especially during the week to avoid a rush. Read more
