The Turkey bacon bravo has really gone down hill. Been a few years since I had one due to initial decline and honestly won?t be... back. No brown sugar on the bread. They put hardly any sauce and the Gouda is one small piece that doesn?t cover the sand which.Was a waste of money and time. Take my advice and just make a sandwich at home. Read more

This Panera is usually one of the best in the area but I was dissatisfied with my most recent experience here. I had placed my... order for the last time of the night on a Friday about a half hour before closing time which I thought gave enough time them toprepare my pickup order before they started to close and everything that I wanted was still available for ordering on thewebsite. The website usually says when something is out or sold out which on this night was the French Baguettes which isusually efficient but everything else is still usually fair game. When the time came for me to pick it up though I had to keeprefreshing my email to keep checking if it was ready but it wasn?t and by this time it was 9:00 which was closing time for themso I had no choice but to go inside because maybe just maybe my order was ready but it turns out they just weren?t going to getmy order which was already paid for if I didn?t go in and get it. I honestly don?t think they were going to get it at all. Thestaff also said that by the time the order was placed that they had already cleaned up the soup so they couldn?t give me thatwhich I thought was ridiculous personally because I had placed it awhile ago and it was still available for ordering online whenI placed it. They were at least nice enough to give me a refund for that but still it was annoying. They then took forever tomake my order while my break time was just ticking by which is why I reserved a time to begin with because usually they?re soefficient and on time with it. I don?t know what happened here but I was just so disappointed with them on this night which is ashame because all of the other times I?ve eaten with them or ordered online, it?s been fantastic but this was justdisappointing. Not sure what the issue is at this location. There has consistently been an issue with my order, made incorrectly, wrong items,... or they are out of ingredients. In addition, the drive through is extremely slow. Avg time has been 15-20 minutes in the drivethrough. Then, when the order is finally placed I?m asked to pull into a parking spot to wait another 10 minutes. They are goingto lose a lot of business this way. Read more
I really need to learn to check my order thoroughly before leaving. Every single time something is missing or wrong. This... morning on my way to work I ordered a bagel with. Team cheese and a HOT caramel latte. My bagel wasn?t toasted or even sliced!And my hot coffee was warm at best. The only reason I keep coming back is because there isn?t much on my way to work.
