Wasn't impressed. Staff was inattentive and couldn't understand simple requests. Cook staff were too busy talking to pay... adequate attention to providing the meal. Examples: Poppy seed w chicken came w/o chicken; they set the meal up when it wasready but didn't bother to call out so we knew it was ready; the "style" chicken sandwich was no better than something frozenfrom the grocery store; counter person couldn't understand the request two slice the bagels "bread style". I hadn't been inside a Panera in a long time and not much has changed. The food is decent. The service is good. The prices are... too high for what it is. I'd personally rather go elsewhere and pay less for better food. Read more
