I ordered the turkey bacon bravo--my favorite sandwich. The bread was fresh and tasty. There was just the right amount of... sauce (yummy!) on it. The turkey was fresh and just the right amount. There was still more lettuce on it than I like (hatelettuce on a sandwich, only like it in salad ????.). The Gouda enhanced the sandwich. The tomato was fresh and firm. I had theapple as my side. It was crunchy with a couple of bruises. I got the cherry cheeses danish to take home. The cherries andcheese were plentiful but the pastry it was on was dry (think it may have been sitting in the case too long rather thanovercooked because it was not over browned.). The staff was pleasant and helpful. Service was fine as I was there with a friendfor a leisurely lunch. Read more
My bf ordered food for him and our son. Not even five minutes later he went back to order something to bring home to me and the... cashier said she was not able to take his order and that they were done for the night. She also turned two more people away andwas rude. The website says they are open until 9? not sure why people couldn?t order food when they are clearly open. Not goingback to this Panera. I love Panera but lately I have been getting the green goddess salad & idk what is going on with it. You keep giving me rock... hard bacon bits that almost crack my teeth. Two salads in a row I have to throw away. I don?t think it?s normal for bacon bitsto hurt or be this hard. This has only been happening recently. Maybe order new bacon bits safe for chewing please. Negative - My food wasn't placed in the correct area. My bread wasn't wrapped. The bread was just placed on top of the soup... container. Positive - the order was completed early. Order placed on 9/7 @ 4:03 PM. Read more
This is a consistently bad Panera. I love the brand in general, but every time I take a chance at this location, I'm reminded of... why I avoid it. Tonight I ordered two salads for pickup and both of our salads smelled like fish. I don't know if it was thesalad mix or the chicken, but something was wrong so we stopped eating them. On another occasion, the chicken was still frozen,and more often than not, it takes a long time for my pickup order to be ready. If you still want Panera, go to the location inBridgeville. Read more

This place has a pretty good menu selection and friendly staff. When I took my mom, it wasn't too crowded and has clean tables.... It also looks like a good place to take a laptop and do some work while having a sandwich and a coffee. Read more
