Nice selection of food that one expects at any Panera and very friendly service. Loved the fireplace and comfy chairs!

Great and friendly staff, very well managed. Kind of pricey though for a sandwich and soup. But it is good. Melissa is a... phenomenal manager. If I was not retired I would have stolen her from panera, and put her in charge of one of my businesses. Read more

I like panera. I go there prob once a week. However, this particular store has been consistently dissappinting me. I'm in... the area for work and seriously don't like their service (they are much slower than other panera locations) and their food islacking. See the pic. I ordered the Napa chicken sandwich. When I got home this is what it looked liked. I onlyunwrapped it. It looks like someone tore it in half by digging their thumbs into it and ripping it. It wasn't cut in half. I didn't eat it. I would hope they wore gloves when making food, but the thought of them not preparing it properly leads meto ask what other things they do (like no gloves, or whatever). This isnt the first time. So I'm sad to say I won't be eatinghere for a while until they get their act together. Read more

I had a bad experience with the guy with the ponytail also, like the other guy who left a review. He called me an as****e for... not understanding his bad communication skills. A bunch of Italians own a lot of businesses in that area. Watch where you gointo. They sneakily put 300 on the side of the sandwich on the price board hanging behind them. It looks like it was going to be$3.00. It's good that I double inquired. It's $6.75 for a grilled cheese mac and cheeses sandwich. Mac and cheese is as cheap asRamen to make. What was the 300? The calories. If you don't have the eyesight of an eagle, the sign above and behind them lookslike its going to cost $3.00. Pretty sneaky. And they price was for half a sandwich I was later told. Nothing in the pricingboard about that either. Read more

It's not the fanciest or most modern Panera out there, but the service was great, the manager helped fix an issue with our order... in a heart beat and even let us take home the wrong order. Really great management and what seem to be a hard working staff. 5/5 Read more

I'm a big Panera fan to begin with. But this is the biggest Panera I've ever seen. Love how it's laid out. In the middle front,... there's a furniture grouping around a fireplace. Lots of tables and club chairs along the sides in front. Then there's like amiddle room that's quieter, leading to another big room in the back. People are right on the ball. Friendly and efficient.Plenty of power outlets around the seating areas. Watched one family with a toddler running around - had plenty of room withoutcrashing into others. This place is really well done. And, course, there's Panera's menu . . . Read more
