I stood in line to place my order for about 5 minutes before I decided to place my order through the app. I was able to do that... before I was helped. My order was ready in about 4 minutes (two broccoli soups). Overall I had a good experience. I?d say thislocation is a bit slower than others, but my food was just as good here. Read more

Went there for lunch the lady behind me got her food first. And my order was very simple. The frozen coffee I ordered wasn?t... frozen. And the whipped cream on top looked so disgusting. And the bagger boy was sitting there talking to some janitor thewhole time. Probably my worst experience at any Panera or restaurant in the food court for that matter. Super disappointedand unsatisfying. The ?whipped cream? literally looks gross. Read more

I go to Panera a decent bit & in a few different locations, Wexford, Waterworks, & here obviously. It's a little slower but for... understandable reasonings. Employee's are always so nice! It's a little exspensive for the little bit of food you get however. Read more

Everyone was cheerful and willing to do that little bit extra that makes the differencebetween an everyday experience and an exceptional one. We hope they know they make a difference. Read more
