I ordered a cold brew coffee. It took over 20 minutes. I could have milked a cow and harvested the beans faster.
Do not place large orders at this location without expecting some issues. Also make sure to have your receipt readily available... if there are any issues. If you don?t, expect attitude from the employees when it comes time to fix the issue. Corporate savedtheir employees today by refunding my order but this is by far the worst customer service I have ever had at any Paneralocation. High level issues: - Online Order was said to be ready, was not when we came in to pick it up. - Bagels were asked tobe sliced (specified on online order) but was not. When requested, was given attitude from staff ?Make sure that it is requestednext time prior.? - When slicing the bagels, the cutting machine bagel holder dropped a few times on the floor, and theycontinued to use the SAME holder. Talk about health concerns!! - They missed a few items on the order. - Spoke to manager rightafter, they didn?t care about what happened, only acknowledged it. Read more

I placed a large bagel/pastry order three days in advance. I got a text at 7:15 that it was ready, but it was not. I waited in... the store until 8:00am until it was finally done. There was no staff at all. If a store cannot handle advance orders, then theyshould not take them. Definitely do not recommend this Panera for large orders... Read more
Great staff food always the freshest and made wit soul n love. Online orders made to perfection. No complaints here.
Corporate swoops in again to kill all signs of productivity in the workplace. Sip club member to go cups are now behind the... counter. You have to get one of the wonderful people working at the cafe to get it for you. Guess Panera quarterly profitscouldn't stomach a handful of homeless people getting a free drink every now and then. I wish I could give a 5 star rating tothe staff here. They're the real heroes. Read more
The food is delicious and the service is great. There seems to always be something new to try on the menu too. Depending on the... time of day, this location can be hard to find parking. But there is free hour parking available. Located in the heart of BakerySquare, there are some unique shops nearby which makes a trip here worth finding a parking spot. Read more
very slow on the rapid pickups. do not notify if out of an ingredient in your order, will simply just not put it out. order is... wrong 85% of the time. i understand some things as i use to work there, but its really gone downhill since hiring so manykids.???? Read more
