I waited for 45 minutes for my order and had to leave so I wouldn't miss class. I never got my food. The staff could care less... that they were 37 orders behind. I wouldn't be upset if they were actually trying to catch up. Half the workers were juststranding around. I will never go to Panera again. Read more

It took me 40 minutes to get my order filled when doing take out at the store. This was not the fault of the staff but the setup... itself. Ideally, there would be no orders taken if the wait is that long or an ETA would be given so you can make a decisionbased on that. Waiting 40 minutes for a lunch order is not something that I was expecting. Again the food and staff were greatbut the wait was not. Read more

New construction, friendly and safe environment and a very convenient location. However, this Panera is horribly understaffed,... they regularly have no coffee, ice, or drinks. They will often close hours early due to staffing issues. Hire more people and Iwill come here every day!!! Read more

Sandwich was good but instead of large size broccoli-cheddar mac'n'cheese I found a small plain one in a bag. And worse of all -... they had no soup - at all! Read more

I like Panera Bread's food. The service here isn't bad, but it took 15 minutes to get my sandwich. That seems a bit long.

This establishment is under staffed and terrible with time management! They are always behind on pre-orders and uber eats order.... I constantly recieve the wrong orders, and when you try and let staff know no one is apologetic and fixs it. I work from home Icannot always go into the store, so I uber eats often and everytime I do not physically go into store my order is always messedup. Terrible terrible service! I know this isn't hurting you all of you lose one customer, BUT I will not be returning. Dobetter Panera cooperations! Read more
