The delivery said that it would be 45 mins to an hour. Well they came in about 15 mins. This was very inconvenient because me... and my boyfriend were pounding each other in the bedroom. We had to stop to answer the door. Read more
Messed up on a bread stick order.. then got a pizza that wasn't cooked at all in the middle.. then I have to spend 10 mins on... phone for a refund.. you can see cheese is still in little pieces not melted. Doughy crust. Read more
Used to be good. Recent experience was very disappointing. Paid more for extra toppings only to see that the someone haphazardly... sprinkled very little on the pizza. Also, didn't follow the instructions for the two sides. Just randomly tossed the items.Better to order only one topping I guess. We never had this experience before. Delivery was always as expected and followedinstructions. This last delivery was to leave on the porch. Our house has the number etc written clearly and is easy to find. They are absolutely one of the worst Papa Johns establishments. First they charge my cards and then they say their system is... faulty and I can?t get my order nor my money back. And I?m left without money or food. Second, I?m left to wait on hold byHalley for 15 minutes, forcing me to call again and get the news mentioned above. I make this review after passing off variesorders I?ve made where the pizzas are delivered with less than half topping when I ordered for extra, cheese sticks with almostno cheese. It sounds incredible and ridiculous but I?ve given them many opportunities to recover. This was the last straw. Willnot be ordering from here again. For the manager: I know finding employees has been hard, it?s been everywhere, but jeez did youhave to pick least competent? 5 G?s, Good God Get a Grip Gurl. May your sense of worth RIP. Read more
