This location has the fastest response to online orders. I can place my order and pick it up in 10 minutes! Thier delivery... service always arrives on time if not early and the driver always calls me when he's outside. The food is always hot and spot onwith fresh ingredients and flavor. Ordered a pizza online and garlic bread. Pizza was made incorrectly and when we called the store the manager Joseph said it?s... not their problem because that?s not how the order showed on their end. And it wasn?t ordered through a third party it wasordered directly through their website. We even offered to bring the pizza back and have them make us another the correct way.They refused and said since it didn?t show on their end that it?s not their fault. So now we have a pizza that we didn?t orderthat we were charged for, that?s going in the trash. Probably had something to do with them having an 8 year old kid behind thecounter helping with orders. Worst pizza I've ever had. It's all about the crust and I have no idea what they're doing with their crust. Papa John's crust... used to be much better, this crust was horrible. I've tried this location twice and I'm not going back. Don't waste your money.Go elsewhere for pizza. Read more

Firstly, I'm a long time Papa Johns customer, and have ordered twice from this particular, new location. Secondly, I've been... disappointed by this location. The pizza still tastes good, but it's not the Papa Johns style that everybody knows and loves.Both times, the crust was waaaay sub par, being flat and boring, and even discardable. Papa Johns is popularly known for"pillow" crusts, which I love, but this location just hasn't gotten that down. Thirdly, they make it super fast, which isprobably to their detriment. The pizza was ready in nine minutes from ordering! But it's been sloppy: unevenly cut pieces, flatcrust, ballooned/bubbled crust in the middle, and uneven sauce (dry spots). Just order garlic parm wings asked for them to be cooked well. I always get well, a lot of people do. Opened the box and they... are burnt. I called because I didn?t want to leave a bad review. I spoke with two people the second person stated ?well we runthem thru the oven twice? and proceeded to go back and forth on why they are burnt. Even stated she came from the Duquesne storeand that?s how they make them there. I have never gotten black wings from Duquesne. I really didn?t want to do this. But theydidn?t seem to care to fix it. So, I ordered a Philly Cheese No Sauce. (They put a sauce on your food, don't know don't want it). The Steak taste like... Steak-Ums that you get out of Giant Eagle. Wasn't happy, an after taste weird. Also purchase some Garlic Knots. That's the onlything in my order that tasted good. Hope this help.
