$10 cod fish sandwich with fries and coke slaw. What a deal. It was hot, fresh and delicious. Cole slaw was sweet and good. The... fries were perfect. Crisp outside and soft inside and seasoned just a bit to add a very nice flavor. The fish was lightlybreaded in a good way as to not take away from the fish but compliment it. This place is great. The Friday fish sandwich special is so delicious it should be illegal. Eating it is the most fun I've had... with my clothes on for a long time. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their coleslaw is so good. It has just a hint ofcider vinegar in it. I highly recommend this place. Read more
I got the 2-item combo with catfish and chicken tenders. Ordering online was painless, as was the pickup. The chicken tenders... were delicious! They were big and meaty and the batter crust had a nice peppery flavor. I loved the fries, too. The catfish Iwasn't crazy about. It was well cooked, but that cornmeal it was encrusted with didn't have much flavor. It could have used someseasoning or something. The bread that came with the combo was literally just a slightly toasted (barely singed) slice of whitebread. Not sure why they bothered to include it. All of the food was well-cooked. It wasn't excessively greasy or dry, justtender and juicy as it should be. Even though the catfish didn't thrill me, I'd definitely order the chicken tenders again. First time trying this place..Ordered perch fish sandwich for take out. When I got home;This is what I got, Brown crunchy fish!... This is 1 of 2 (very small/very burnt) pieces on the sandwich. Anyone would say the fish was extremely over cooked now why noone preparing the takeout order noticed how sh&@ty it looked. The Sandwich came w ketchup packets.. no toppings , no tar tarsauce jus 2 small piece of burnt perch. Not sure I?d try it again. Read more
