I ordered their special 2 large pizza?s for $23.99. I got extra cheese on 1 and pepperoni on the other. When the pizzas arrived... and I went to give my kids some one of the slices was missing. I immediately called and he told me all 12 was there and that hisdriver did not eat it. He called me all kinds of liars and then said the only way he accommodate me was by giving me $2 off mynext pizza for the slice that was missing. Use to love this place and travel to the other side of the city to get it, but this last order was horrible. Pizza had no sauce... on it and barely any cheese when I ordered Xtra cheese. Wings tasted like they were cooked in very old burnt grease. Garlicknots were over cooked and cheese sticks also had same burnt taste. Hopefully this is an isolated issue as I typically placelarge orders and enjoyed it previously. Read more
I was very hungry on the verge of starvation and I called at 12:10 every time I called they place me On hold for like five... minutes at a time and never came back on the line if you are closed off after 12 am just say that instead of answering thephone and never coming back . Most deplorable customer service I have ever received. I called because my pizza was completely under cooked and raw. And she... told me well we were gunna cancel this I don?t know how it went threw, but she could give me 6$ off my delivery but they won?tdeliver next time cause it?s too far. (Gee so what exactly are you offering me then)And I said I?m sorry, I have no control overthat, I thought you were down the street. Says they don?t sell slices but they have a big illuminated sign that says pizza by the slice. Maybe take it out the window?
Paid for delivery through grubhub. Got a call from Pizza Bellagio that I was too far to deliver to. I said that wasn't my... problem and that they need to work that out with grubhub. Got a rude response, a refusal to deliver my food despite alreadypaying for it, and hung up on multiple occasions. Terrible service and refuse to make good on payment. Read more
