Wanted to order last night @ 6PM (Saturday) however the website said CLOSED even though it listed hours till 9 pm. I had checked... earlier in the day in anticipation of dinner from them. Just checked again 2:00 pm today Sunday so I decided to call to checkhours. Website would take an order but the phone was not answered after 15 rings it just disconnected. Guess they set the hoursthey want. Today is a Steeler home game and a good day for Pizza/Beer orders. Maybe they cannot get help. The Burger King nearbyjust closed due to staffing issues. Read more
Well called 32 times kept getting the phone answered qnd hung up on me and let's not mention the other day ordered from nobles... rd ordered the big box with two pizzas wings and breadsticks and not to mention till 2 hours to get my delivery and when I didget my delivery it was freezing cold on top of half of one side of the pizza was on top of the other the breadsticks was on thewhole other side of the box and the wings were missing terrible customer service down there according to management they closedearly the day that I drove down there when I got my order delivered because I have unsatisfied I was but according to managementthey closed early because of Staffing so Pizza Hut on Noblestown Road is hiring Read more
I have ordered before a couple times but had picked it up but this time was delivery never had a issue before me and my husband... ordered delivery tonight and this is what we got I ordered bbq wings this is what they looked like I ordered a medium handtossed pizza the pieces were so small when I first opened the box i thought it was a personal pan pizza!! Also the deliverydriver was nice and apologized but said he had to go back to the restaurant because he forgot the food?? total with delivery feetip and food came to around 32$ not worth it at all don't know if I should order again because the times I picked my food upwere alot better! Recently had a quick family dinner at the Nobles-town location, after our sons football practice. It was empty and just made for... a care-free zone for us to talk & laugh loud while the kids ate at their own table and played a bit. However, we did somereminiscing on how back in the day Pizza Hut was the go to place for family-time instead of always Eat N Park. Such a shamecause we miss their salad bar too! Read more
It was terrible. First the call center got my order wrong. Then when I did get it the pizza just isn't the same old pizza hut.... It didn't taste like the yummy pan pizza...the pepperoni wasn't burnt on the edges and the sauce was thin with no taste. It hadbeen a while since I had it but geez... pizza hut is pizza hut. I order from here often and usually there isn?t any error with my order. However, the other day, I ordered 2 large and got 1... large 1 medium. But I paid for 2 large. So I got robbed I guess? If I were a few dollars short, would u still give me large orwould u readjust my order based on my funds? Moral of story is, u won?t let me get away without paying therefore please don?tshort change me by giving me less than what I PAID for. My kids like the pizza, not me... Read more

They allowed a door dash driver to deliver. I never got my food. Called door dash. They couldn?t get a hold of the driver.... Called the store. They were closed. Still waiting on my refund. Pizza hut-don?t bother with an I?m sorry this happened, hope tosee you again soon response. Your a terrible corporate company. And your stores show it. Read more
