Zero Stars I would I don't expect much from a fast food spot I do expect to be acknowledged or have my order taken within 10... minutes of standing at the register. This has got to be the worst joke of fast food ever! I was told a 6 minute wait on biscuits which turned to waiting 20 minutes... for my food to have only part of my order in the bag! Upon driving back to the location to get the missing food replaced I hasto wait again for 2 biscuits with no one in line! Someone dressed in a long sleeved tee and shorts who was cleaning out therecar walked up to me claiming to be the district manager who offered me a refund when I requested to speak to the general managerdid absolutely nothing to rectify my clear disgust over the service offered! I was there about two days ago and the service was moving pretty quickly. I ordered a 5pc tenders combo. It wasn?t until I... pulled out of the parking lot and checked my bag to see that I had 3 tenders and the rest were just a handful of nuggets. I saidwhatever that?s fine so I went home with my order. After I got home and got my food onto a plate I noticed I didn?t even have abiscuit in the box. While trying to eat the chicken, all the nuggets were fried so hard they were inedible. I never write reviews, but I?m fed up at this point. I have had all bad experiences with this location. This will be my very... last time coming here. Order is never right! I?m glad I looked in my bag because I was missing an order of chicken tenders andthe sauces weren?t in the bag, mind you the tenders they quickly gave me looked old and so does this chicken sandwich. This location is terrible again post-covid, after briefly being okay when they first launched the sandwich. Today I got my usual... spicy sandwich combo after a 10-15 minute drive through wait. It was improperly prepared (most of the breading fell off, hadweird texture) and I got overcharged (extra for normal-size drink and two sauces, which used to be free). But the weirdest thingwas what looked like a tiny chicken wing mixed in with my cajun fries. Luckily, I didn't bite into it and just cautiously brokeit apart with my hands.
