It was absolutely fantastic, and that all started with our server Dustin. He was fantastic and spent a lot of time answering any... questions we had. Our appetizers, the Escargot and the Beef Tartare, were both fantastic. Then for entrees we had the duck andthe salmon, both incredible as well, with the roasted carrots on the side. We finished with the soufflé. Everything wasincredible and I really can't recommend this place enough for a special occasion. Read more

Walked in on a Friday night around 8:15 with my husband, no reservations, and sat at the bar. Lovely service, fantastic food. We... had the cheese plate, duck confit, mussels, pomme frites, and lemon meringue semifreddo for dessert. We aren't fans of bluecheese so that was a loss for us with the cheese plate. The duck confit is 100% a must try, along with the mussels. The side offries is huge so be prepared for that. The semifreddo omg so good! We can't wait to go back and try more of the small plates. Weate all of the duck before I grabbed a picture! Read more

This place was so insanely good! One of the best steaks I?ve ever had in my life! Dry aged steak cooked medium rare.???? Also... the rib eye with bone marrow was delicious. The escargot, cheese plate & steak tartare was bomb! ???????????? Read more

This was our first time at Poulet Bleu and overall it was an incredible experience. To start, it's not widely advertised, but... this is a BYOB establishment - their cork fee is high at $20, however in the same turn their cheapest bottle of wine is $65 soit was a no brainer to bring our own. We chose to sample all of their small plates, opposed to getting entrees, and started withthe french onion soup that was highly recommended. They split into 2 for us as it's a large portion. It was phenomenal!!!! Wealso had the escargot, mussels, and steak tartare paired with the sides of carrots and potatoes aligot. Everything was out ofthis world and would 100% go back again. It is a pricey restaurant, but worth every penny, especially for a special occasion. Read more

Very good French inspired food with tons of flavor. Beautiful plating and presentation. I got the duck and very much enjoyed.... Other guests ordered the beef and loved it. Lots of unique options. Cocktails were appropriate for the cuisine and were tasty.Seemed easy enough to find street parking. Inside decor is nice. We sat outside, the feel of it was fine. But I will say theconstant buses and utility vehicles passing by with the uneven floors was a bit odd considering the price. But still highlyrecommend Read more

We had a great time at the outdoor dinning area. Both onion soup and duck confit are a bit salty for us, which I won?t recommend... to everyone. But you should definitely try their signature dessert and burger. Read more

This was our second time at the restaurant. Rating would probably be 3.5 if Google allowed that, but I had to choose between 3... and 4 stars. Below are our thoughts: Food: We shared the filet both times as our main entree. The first time it was top notch. This past time it was chewy and not even close to being a $60 piece of filet. If you are an escargot fan, it?s presented verynice with large shells, but the flavor is just subpar. The sauce is very lemony with no garlic flavor and leaves a lot to bedesired. They aren?t awful, but I guarantee you?ve had better escargot elsewhere. The French onion soup is the best I?ve had.The mussels were good both times but were room temperature this past visit. And the desserts are excellent (especially thechocolate soufflé, Creme brûlée, and beignets). Music: This affected my rating more than anything. The music is just awfuland does not match the environment at all. It was super loud and in your face. It also was like an 80s weird vibe. Not French orcozy AT ALL. We?ve had this experience at other restaurants owned by the same company. People don?t want to pay good money for aupper scale meal and be blasted by awful music. Felt like we had a headache when we left. Doubt we will be back a third time, but we did enjoy certain things. I hope this review helps to address some of the downfalls of what could easily be an awesomeFrench restaurant. Read more
