Honestly this was the first time we tried this place because we are from Ohio. We thought if that's what Pittsburgh is known for... we should try it. To me it was just another mediocre chain restaurant. We tried their famous sandwich with French fries on itand after I took the fries off it wasn't bad. Nothing stood out as being great. A Pittsburgh staple! Perfect acidity to sweetness to saltiness to savoriness. This mouthwatering sandwich probably won't fit in... your mouth. I recommend having fries on the side to prevent it from getting soggy if you're doing takeout/delivery.
