The food has always been great with fresh Mancini bread. The staff is always really nice and my food is always ready in a... reasonable time. I frequently enjoy the pick up service but it's a great place to stop in for a meal and a beer. Read more

The food was so very good. Though the music playing in the restaurant was way too loud. There wasn't many people dining and the... music was just too loud that you couldn't have a normal conversation or even hear the wait staff. Highly recommend the food. Read more

Jeanie, the manager, was rude and snappy as she approached us. She informed that it would be at least a 30-40 minute wait for a... table as they are short staffed and busy. We agreed to wait but she wanted us to wait outside in our car (with young childrenand in the cold) despite more than HALF of the tables in the restaurant being empty. We were ok with a long wait due to shortstaff and just wanted to visit with family and sit down while we waited. There was no reason we should’ve had to wait in thecar with a half empty restaurant. We even offered to order drinks from the bar while we waited. Disgusting customer service froma manager. We took our business elsewhere and were happily accommodated. Read more

We were seated quickly, the hostess and server were warm and friendly. Our server noted they were busy, so the meals may take a... while. It was a college football Saturday, so it was packed. Our meals came out without delay, correct, warm and tasty! Whatelse can you ask for? Read more

Love there sandwiches. Only complaint is they play background music too load. Can't hold a decent conversation without yelling. ... This causes others around you to yell also. Would have ordered another round of drinks, but decided to go elsewhere where wecould talk. Read more

I love their white pizza. Very tasty. A nice garlic flavor with slices of tomatoe make this pizza a treat. Ordered via UberEats... -- they call themselves 18th St Pizza instead of Primanti Bros. While the pizza was delicious it was very different on bothoccasions that I have ordered it. Read more

It's been a long time since I stopped at any Primanti's location and I happened to be passing by this one, so decided to stop... in. This location emphasizes the bar atmosphere. The music was loud and most of the TVs were tuned to the Golf channel. Theplace is large and when I got there was mostly serving the dinner crowd that featured families with small children. Being aslarge as it is, I was taken to a booth right away and the server came by withing a minute or so to take my drink order. Servicewas quick and professional throughout my meal. I quickly settled on the Crispy Chicken Sandwich and watched the goings-on whilewaiting for it to be delivered. The wait was not long. When it arrived, it came with a steak knife inserted in the sandwich anda side of natural cut fries. No fork or napkin. the napkin was easy to handle as there was a roll of paper towels on the table, but picking up some of the smaller fries was a bit of a challenge. The sandwich itself was very tasty and done right. Price wasright also with the whole meal being less than $10. Good place for this kind of meal and I will make a point of stopping hereagain in the future. Read more

I'm visiting the area on work travel & it was recommended I come here for lunch. Had the Pitts-Burger. large portion size &... sandwich. Good but much more than I could eat and the meat was cooked too done & dry for my taste but that seems to be morepopular here even for steaks ????. The Tall Boy sandwiches are even larger. Fast friendly service. Read more
