Pretty rough restaurant... wait Staff doesn't care if you wait, or if your food is wrong. They served us rotten cheese, cold... fries, wrong food. And I wasnt rude cause I get that it happens, but they tried to charge me for food that I didn't eat bc itwas wrong and bad... It has 2 stars for a reason I guess. Read more

Zone 28 is a great entertainment complex but Rail House has gone down hill. Rail House used to be a pretty good place. Descent... menu, not expertly crafted food but tastier than other similar places. But the last time I was there I was verydisappointed. Low quality food, very poor service, waited long for everything -drinks and food. Wasn't as clean as it used tobe. Kind of gross. Plus there were teens just lounging around and carrying on. We had a bday party here and afterward we wanted to eat some food with our immediate family. We stopped in the restaurant. What... a mistake. The service is completely abysmal. There?s no kind way to say it, honestly. There was something horribly wrong withthis slaw that was on the food. It was rancid. The manager stated that they had just made it that day and it shouldn?t be bad.Trust me it smelled like something out of the garbage. I have no idea how this place exists. Avoid at all costs!! Horrible experience. Waitstaff was absolutely clueless and couldn?t help with simple requests. Waitress wasn?t 21 so couldn?t... serve us alcohol and after being told someone else would deliver the alcohol for 15 minutes, we decided to go to the barourselves. Waited at the bar for 5+ minutes while being blatantly ignored by multiple servers including the ?manager?. Afterwaiting 1 hour for appetizers, we decided to cancel the food order so we could bowl. Took 10 minutes for someone to cash us outfor 2 drinks. Went to the bowling alley and received way better service and appetizers within 20 minutes. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I came here with a group of 3 other people and we were seated relatively quickly, but... after we were given our drinks it took over 45 minutes for someone to ask if we were ready to order. There were four or fivewaitstaff around our table completely ignoring us that entire time. Two of us waited our entire meal to get our side of friesthat was supposed to come WITH the meal. There was no communication from any member of waitstaff, which would have solved theentire problem. Instead, our actual server came by ONCE to ask if we needed refills, and was not the one who brought our foodout. Meanwhile, tables that were seated after us were receiving service. Had very poor service, took 20 minutes to get a menu. Tool another 15 minutes to get our drinks, two simple beers. Only three... other tables seated at the time. Ordered the meatball hoagie and the server said "wow, this is the first time I saw someoneorder that." That wasn't a good sign, and wow was it terrible. My dining partner ordered a grill chicken salad and it camecrispy and the chicken was half frozen. Would of complained but the server never came back until it was time for the bill,about 20 minutes after we were done. They gave us plastic silverware but other people had real silverware.
