The place is clean and their waiting staff was very polite. We were advised that the kitchen staff were not happy that customers... were still ordering food. Hence there was a wait for the food. The kitchen staff was ready to leave but the restaurant wasn'tclosing for another 2 hours. Read more

Truly disappointed. Main lobster tail yielded about an ounce of meat. No exaggeration. Salmon was ok. Shrimp was tasteless.... Cheddar Bay biscuits tasted like oil. Don't waste your time or money. Read more
Very disappointed..We decided to go to Red Lobster because we received an invitation for rewards members on the all you can eat... shrimp. We arrived at 745pm and it took 15 minutes to even get drinks. We felt very rushed as they were closing at 9pm! Neveragain. Read more
The highlight was our server. She was incredible. Her demeanor and attitude were 5 stars. Plus, she was never difficult to find.... Highly attentative without hovering. Truly all the things a person would enjoy about their server. The food was okay with highsand lows. The cheddar Bay biscuits were good, but did not taste consistent. Majority of the food was done well. My calamari wassubpar. Some was excellent, and some was disgusting. A combination of both worlds. My walts shrimp was undercooked. My serverpromptly had it replaced. It returned still slightly under. I did not make a major deal of it because seafood is difficult tonail even in a seafood restaurant. This current visit was a 4 Star experience. The 3 star rating is because usually therestaurant is okay. Never really anything that makes this location stand out or fail in comparison. Read more
Enjoyed a light meal and the service was very pleasant. Manager came out to check on us regarding our mussels in which 5 of... them did not open upon cooking which gave me concerns. I brought it to the waitresses attention in which she stated that shecould bring me a Cracker to open!!!!!!!?????? Mussels are NOT Crab legs!!!! If they don't open is because they were not Aliveupon cooking to my understanding. No Problem. The manager offered a new batch and took 5.00 off my order. I've been coming here since I was a child & it was my father's birthday so I took him & our family here. Everything was great as... usual & our waitress Sarah was such a sweetheart and made our experience amazing. Staff sung Happy birthday & gave complementaryice cream which was nice. Only complaint was the seafood pasta & cod. Both were very bland, we took home & seasoned itourselves. Read more
The food was of an inconsistent temperature. Cold potato and seafood, warm shrimp, lobster looked liked it was missing the main... middle section. Very weird. Not much customer activity...Co diner had stringy lobster...gristle and no flavor. This used to bemy favorite restaurant...not so much now. Waitress was nice...no offers of dessert but that's understandable. Save yourmoney...total waste there. Read more
