Where did the customer service go in this restaurant? We ordered take out after seeing a movie and wanted curb side pickup at... 3:15 pm. Pulled in a spot and called 3 times and nobody answered the phone. My wife went inside and no one was at the counterwith people waiting to be seated and to pick up their orders. My wife walked all around the restaurant to find someone andeveryone was in the kitchen just talking and joking around. Server was unapologetic and when we got home half of our food wasmissing and my wife?s steamed broccoli wasn?t even cooked and it was brown! Went there on Saturday during lunch rush, it was super busy but food came fast. Burgers were delicious. My kid wanted mac and... cheese but they didn't have any, only kids menu macaroni dinner. And the pretzel app wasn't that great. Order 1 cheese dip, wascharged for 2, then also was charged 2.50 for entertainment fee?? So it was super exspensive. The burgers and environment aredefiantly worth going. Oh and then when we left the kids saw 2 other kids walk out with balloons. And my 2 kids weren't offerballoons. So they upset my kids. My wife and I went on a Saturday about 5 pm. It was packed. Decided to set at the bar and got the last 2 seats. The bartender... was drowning with all the people seated in and around the bar. She explained to us the situation and said it might take a littlelonger than normal to get food and drinks. We told her no problem. Within a short time a manager came in to the bar and helpedher with drinks. We saw a few waitresses come over to help with tables. They got the crowd handles pretty fast considering.
