Love this location we come a couple times a week but I?m so disappointed in the staff this year. They all have miserable... attitudes, the young skinny teen boy with brown hair who wears his hat upside down is awful, and I ordered a concrete last nightfor the first time and half of my cup was filled. I?ve always loved this Rita?s, but have been unhappy this past year. They raised the prices & lessened their product. They don?t... give napkins and one staff wasn?t very nice. Recently, I bought a large custard in a cup, and the cup had a tiny dollop ofcustard in it. I asked for more and the staff said no. Management or something needs to change! Read more

Ice is always great. I'm not a fan of the app. When I just went and got 3 ices, I was quickly told the total by a young man when... I finished planning my order with a young lady. I like supporting this local neighborhood Rita's. The teens are always friendly. Prices are reasonable. There is usually enough... parking. Has an outside area to sit on the bench and enjoy. I will say that the custard is definitely a satisfying sweet treatBUT...usually made sloppy and unappealing to the eye. Read more
