Just Pure Bliss! So refreshing and because the flavors change so often we can always pleasantly please our tastebuds! Service by... the young folks that run the windows is always quick and courteous. Me and my son love Rita's Italian ice it never disappoints, but i dont appreciate when the workers act as though they are afraid... to touch me when I am spending my money at their establishment. Yes I am an African American woman and the person waiting on uswas a young white girl and the way she acted when she gave me back my change made me feel like I should have made her lay mymoney on the counter so she wouldn't have to come in contact with me. This was my first time there so I wasn't sure at what to get. The lady told me there were known for there gelati. Which is a... layer of their custard, their flavor ice, and another layer of custard. When I couldn't choose between blood orange and sweetblack cherry she gave me a sample of both and OMG they were both fabulous so I got a mix of both flavors. Delicious!!! Read more

A nice alternative to ice cream for desserts. I love the fact that they offer all sorts of combinations of Italian ices and... custards, and that their flavors rotate on a daily basis. It'd be nice if they could maybe poll the public on which flavors tooffer more though, as I'm sure that people don't love all flavors equally! Read more
