I love this place. Always have. Tonight however was my first poor experience. Man behind the bar, shoulder length blonde hair in... a backwards cap, was so incredibly rude. Once again, I have never had a bad experience and will certainly come back again, butsomeone needs to check on that dude. I understand it can be stressful behind the bar, and I respect all the difficulties thatbartenders put up with, but he was unacceptably rude tonight, especially to someone like me who was perfectly behaved andpolite. A hopping pub in the Mt. Lebanon area Pittsburgh. One of few places open late, cocktails are decent and reasonably priced.... Service is a little slow but courteous. Good place to watch a game or hang out with friends. Read more

Great watering hole. Our family was staying at a hotel for several nights straight, and we ended up at The Saloon every night in... some different variation of family members each month. Everyone seemed to enjoy the mixed drinks, and I particularly enjoyedthe wings. The service was great and we felt very welcome. We will definitely check this bar out again whenever we're back intown and we suggest you do the same if your in the Mt. Lebanon area! Read more
The bartender was nice, so I?ll give this place 2 stars instead of 1. Extremely long wait for food. Took a half hour to get 4... cheese sticks and another hour to get our meals. The food was just plain awful. My husband ordered an impossible burger. It cameout completely plain even though it says on the menu that it comes with toppings. He literally could not bite into it. It wasrock hard! My chicken parm sandwich was over cooked and dry. We both got fries which were just okay. Read more
Wings are amazing here. First time eat here also. I walked into the Saloon and went to the bar to order food to go. John waited... on me and greeted me right away!!!! Points for that!!!!! He was just very nice and took my order quickly. John thank you formaking my first experience there a good one. If you are looking for a great wings spot please try this place out. This is a solid place to go for a beer. The food is what you'd expect at a bar. It's good but nothing to write home about. The... beers on the other hand are great. Tons of beer on Draft and a lot of season beers as well. The bartenders (Megan) are great. Read more
