This establishment is a hidden gem. Great food and what's more important is the staff. They're gems, all of them, they're kind,... accommodating, they work long shifts they're still open late night and they're just as friendly at any time of the day. All of these 5 star reviews have to be fake. This isn?t the worst place I?ve ever eaten, but it?s bad enough that I took one... bite and immediately spit it out. You can tell they?re trying and the food doesn?t taste bad, the problem is more with theservice. Much longer wait than expected, employee sneezed on my food twice (it was wrapped, but still directly over the food).She only apologized after I prompted her with a subtle ?bless you?. The employees were also having a casual conversation witheach other while I ordered, which just felt unprofessional. This place has potential, it just needs better employees. Veryempty, bland interior as well also left a sullen, soulless feeling in the shop. I also noticed on my gyro the employee put afair amount of white sauce, not too little or too much. However, the customer who ordered after me asked for white sauce and theother employee not only poured it completely differently, but they also FILLLED the gyro with a pool of sauce, leaving itlooking quite sickly. Maybe have a uniform amount of each ingredient you put on the gyros? Also, just so you know, the lamb iscut into squares not the typical thin slices. Personal preference, but I disliked it. I?ve been waiting to check this place out for a while and I?m happy that I did. I got the chicken and lamb combo platter with... salad and white sauce. Got warm pita and an extra pack of white sauce on the side (both an extra dollar) . Meal came to about$13, definitely had enough for seconds. Unlike other places that I?ve been , the food was flavorful and it wasn?t dry. Thewomen in the front helping us was very friendly as well. Will be retuning , hope I have this experience every time.
