Only reason this gets two stars is because of a manager name joe he definitely doesn't not seem tcf. Would not help at all. If... they would not have this manager in the store it probably be a better store. All the other employees seem to care except forhim. Told him another store would help me with my issue except Davina I'd give her five stars for going above and beyond todeliver my phone to me. Read more

Over 45 mins for MTO orders, not acceptable. (Nothing complicated; app sampler, fries n grilled cheese) Tried to get a refund bc... I wasn?t waiting that long and it wasn?t offered or granted. If you don?t have the staff to handle, at least provide thecustomer service. I just left, cancelled order and no compensation given. Will go to the other location literally right downthe road. Bread is always stale. I get a breakfast sub once a week and about every other time I need to have them remake it cuz the bread... is hard as a rock and they tell me that's just how their bread is. Will not come here again. Read more
I ordered a simple choice? A hamburger. Nothing fancy at all. It was absolutely horrible!!! The meat had a weird taste and... looked like rubber. Tool one bite and in the trash can everything went. $20 for 2 regular hamburgers with cup fries. ALL in thetrash can! Never ever again. I should have posted a picture of what the order looked like. The sweetened tea is either not made, mislabeled, or so sweet that you can only taste sugar and no tea. It's only sweetened tea... not the popular SWEET Tea. This is an every day occurrence. After a while you decide it's time to go up the road to the Sheetzon Campbell's Run where that issue is non exist. Read more
Food there is good and reasonable. However. Twice I ordered a milkshake through doordash and both times I didn't get it. Was... only refunded for one of them. If they are out of an item or a machine is down, they need to put that on the app so people don'twaste money. Not trying to sound like a Karen, but this does need to be addressed. This is the worst experience I have had at this sheetz ever. Stopped in early Monday morning for a breakfast sandwich MTO. ... There were no orders except mine at the time. It was before 6am so it was pretty dead. I ordered a crispy chicken shmagel andwhat I was served was horrendous. I took one bite and knew something was wrong. Ive had this sandwich plenty of times from thissheetz and others and you could tell someone just didn't feel like dealing with my order. If I had the time I would have turnedaround and got my money back but I was already headed into town on I-376. The laziness is an epidemic since the pandemic ended.When will people care about their jobs again? If I worked at this sheetz in the kitchen the piece of chicken I was served wouldhave never been served to anyone. Period. Please see the pictures. Read more
