I wish they would utilize the online pick up shelves like other Sheetz locations every time i come to this one i have to ask the... workers if they got my online order and it?s usually sitting on a shelf behind the counter and not in the online designatedspot. Read more

Unfortunately, this is one of the only late night places to grab food in the area. It?s always packed and service is slow.... Wouldn?t recommend. Just getting gas? It?s fine. Read more

food is horrible and cold always get order wrong and missing stuff. it's been same way since it opened. corporate just says here... have some free food. I would like to know how much money they make by charging for something and not giving it to customers.it's all of them Read more

I waited more than hour for my food, and whenever I finally got it all of my food was cold. I got a burger, fries, and an app... sampler. I was extremely upset over this. Not to mention when I opened the bag before I left my fries were placed upside down,so all of them went to the bottom of the bag. Read more

I went to Sheetz to grab a quick bite to eat since I was on the run. We ordered two orders of the crispy chicken snack wraps.... The chicken was so rubbery I could barely eat it. The breading on the chicken wasn?t crispy at all either which made it seemlike it was microwaved and not fresh. I haven?t eaten food from Sheetz in a while but it definitely seems like it has gone downhill. They were busy in there and were pounding out orders pretty quickly. Even just taking a few bites of the chicken made mystomach uneasy so I couldn?t eat it. Maybe their non-meat items are okay? Read more

We went in tonight with our kids for snacks and milkshakes. I got my food quickly, but 20 mins later was still waiting on 2... milkshakes. When I questioned it, their employee Elijah (if that's really his name- I had to ask for it) proceeded to say he was"tired of these motherf**ers and their attitudes" where I could clearly hear him. At which point I went to the counter to askfor a refund and a manager. The manager had just made our drinks so we went to get them instead of our refund. While I wastrying to complain her (Quay) the employee"Elijah" stood there smirking and when I remarked on that, she claimed she would dealwith him, but he's clearly her friend, because she was she only one over where he went to make that comment, so it was obviouslyto her. If I could, I?d rate zero stars after our experience on 7/16. The heavier set black woman (I *believe* her name was something... like Janae) that was running the MTO between 10pm-11pm was extremely rude, arrogant, and a complete liar. We ordered on themobile app for pickup. When my fiancée went to pick it up, she was greeted by the employee with almost pure disgust. When shegave my fiancée our food, she threw it across the counter. When told about this when my fiancée got home, I was obviouslyupset. I also realized my milkshake was forgotten. So I went back. I confronted that same employee stating that my fiancée cameto pick up the food, but we never received the milkshake. She told me that they had already given that order out. I said, yes,but we didn?t receive the milkshake, and I showed her my receipt on the mobile app clearly showing I purchased it. She then toldme that an order for a milkshake never came across their computer. I again showed her my receipt on the mobile app and she againstated that they never got that order. I then said ?Well.. I paid for one and I?m showing you my receipt so? could you just makeone?? She then gave out a disgusted sigh and turned around, OPENED A SMALL FRIDGE, AND PULLED OUT A MILKSHAKE LITERALLY WITH THERECEIPT AND MY NAME TAPED ON THE LID! I could not believe the absolute rudeness, and apparent attempted thievery. She needsfired immediately. She wore a grey shirt which I believe represents a supervisory role. Which is sad to allow to run this place.I?ve never once had a poor experience with a single Sheetz or MTO order, but that night completely blew me away. I sincerelyhope you?ll not just take her word over mine, but actually revise the tapes, as you?ll see that I couldn?t POSSIBLY be makingthis up. I just wish I could actually remember her name? Just had the best experience ever at a Sheetz! On our way home to the North Side from McKnight Road we decided to stop here for... some breakfast sandwiches and coffee drinks. We entered and placed our orders at a self-serve kiosk. A receipt then printed,and, to my surprise, they actually just installed self-checkout registers as well! While checking out the cashier---a friendlywhite middle-aged man---initiated conversation with me. I mentioned I was still struggling to wake up, and he showed me a newproduct that they were offering (chewing gum infused with caffeine). I appreciated him showing me a new product, and it might beone I decide to buy on my next visit for when I get that tired 2 PM feeling on my workdays. Not long after I went to the otherside of the store to wait for our food our beverages came up. Our food came up literally just like one minute after that, too,which was EXCEPTIONALLY FAST (we had a complicated order!) The associate was a younger white female, and she was very polite. Wewere not able to dine-in (guessing because COVID is booming again), so we took our order home. When we got home the food wasstill hot and fresh (packaged well). Our sandwiches were delicious! My drink was great! My fiance's drink was preparedcorrectly, but he did not like it (he bought it just to try it out---nitrogen-infused coffee). I just wish you were given theoption to tip. I also wish people didn't FLY through their parking lot so those of us who are trying to back out tiny cars fromparking spaces between massive vehicles wouldn't get creamed, but this store certainly has no control over that.
