I hate this sheetz and I actually look for sheetz gas stations over all other gas stations. For some reason this is apsalutly... the worse one for food service. Orders are always wrong! wait time is long! On top of that they are always out of things youneed to have like straws...really straws?!?! Don't know who runs the kitchen stuff or dose the ordering but it's always a messin this location. No matter what time of day you can exspect a long wait Staff are always friendly but my God service time ishorrible I'll drive out my way to the second sheetz location in Monroeville before coming back here. This sheetz is absolutely horrible can?t follow simple instructions on a screen for your MTO nothing is ever clean I walked thru... the store today and the floors sticky products are a mess mixed in with each other from now on I?ll take the time to go outta myway to avoid this sheetz Read more
No pride in their work this is in my opinion one of the lowest quality sheetz out there and I've been to alot no way to tell how... much relish to put on your hot dog so when bite into it all it tastes like is relish. Read more
This might have been the last time I go to Sheetz. I ordered at 5:32, and didn?t get my food until almost six. I had to go back... up the counter to ask about it only to discover my food had been sitting there getting cold because they never bothered to callmy number. On top of all of that, they didn?t make my food right. I?d love if someone from their corporate offices would reachout to me. I don?t want to write off Sheetz, but I?ve been having nothing but bad experiences at their stores lately. Ifsomething doesn?t change, I won?t be back. Read more
Walked in at 12:13 AM, waited in an empty line with no clerk at the counter, looked around, a guy behind the food prep counter... says, "He'll be with you in a second", waited a couple more minutes while looking around, seeing the clerk pacing in the back ofthe store, as the clerk approached the checkout counter, I could hear him talking to someone on the phone, as he went behind thecounter, he looks over at me, turns around and continues talking and laughing on the phone, than walks over and grabs his drink,glancing at me again. I walked out, spent my $130 at GetGo down the road.... So much for "Focused on the customer" That clerk,should be fired for costing Sheetz a frequent customer. This Sheetz is quite the place. There are a lot of options for both food and drinks here. Since fall is beginning, seasonal... drinks such as a pumpkin shake are now available to purchase. These new shakes are delightful. I also had a strawberry smoothie,and that was also quite scrumptious. We also got our orders pretty quickly. Read more
I?ve been going to this sheetz in Wilkins township since it was opened. It was a welcomed addition to the area. Within the... last 2 months I have watch this store deteriorate. I understand that their coffee program has changed for economic reasons.Offering fresh coffees between 6am and 10am. There single cup machine is not the same quality. But going to work in the morningat 5 am there creamer machine hasn?t work for at least a month. Stopped in yesterday and now the ice machine for soft drinksisn?t working. Have been to hundreds of Sheetz and this one is by far the worst. Order a simple meal and it takes almost 30min for them to... prepare it. The manager behind the counter the whole time is laughing and joking with employees while people sit and wait. There is zero urgency when it comes to waiting on patrons. When I finally did get my food, not even a simple ?sorry about thewait? or ?have a nice night?, he just threw the food on the counter and turned away. Read more
