Never had a bad experience when picking up my mobile orders and the staff has always been friendly. This time when I placed my... mobile order for the new Apple crisp Macchiato, I walked in and noticed that my cup was a tall instead of a grande. I brought itup to the Lady with the blonde Ombré (?) who immediately remade it for me and let me keep the tall one which I gave to mygrandmother. Turns out I had ordered a tall without realizing and I wish I had got her name to call her out because she was sosweet. Read more

Everyday I order the same thing a Carmel Ribbon Crunch with extra Carmel drizzle and extra Carmel crunches with a warm cheese... Danish. Everyday, the Danish is not warm because they make it to soon and let it sit 10 minutes while waiting for your drink andeveryday there is never anything extra in my drink. I?m paying almost $7 for a drink that is never made correct. I understandthere short staffed so I don?t ask for my drink to be made again. It?s not hard to read tho. I work in custom service also sodidn?t even want to post this but telling corporate gets nothing accomplished either. Do better. Read what is suppose to be inthe drink. I love this Starbucks despite the crazy line it always has but .. I mean ... doesn't every Starbucks have a crazy line? There is... this very nice older woman there who has the best voice I've ever heard and she is always so pleasant no matter what weirdrequest I make. 10/10 would recommend. Read more
