There's plenty of parking here which is unusual for the area. Outside seating is available. Overall a nice place.
I go to this particular Starbucks once a week. My mobile order is always ready when they say it will be and the staff is always... kind and friendly. During the weekday mornings there may be a lot of high school students there, but they are pretty respectful.I always get my order to go, but have noticed that there is less seating than there used to be. Great indoor-outdoor meeting place or simply to quietly get work done, except on weekday afternoons during the school year, when... a flood of high school students without boundaries or constraints on public behavior, descend upon the shop and wreck havoc.That makes it a bit of an adventure during the school year. Was pretty decent until all of the 50+ kids showed up. Especially outside in the parking lot, it was completely ridiculous.... These kids were rude, loud, obnoxious to customers and staff. Also, it seemed as though the employees just didn't care becausethey don't want to have to deal with all these kids. There were kids only getting cups of water and then throwing them at eachother outside in the parking lot. Seems to me, either Starbucks or whomever owns 2345 Murray Avenue parking lot and buildingneed to deal with these kids and have them start being more polite and respectful. I am so disappointed in this visit to thislocation, I may not ever go to that Starbucks again and I know if I do ever go to this Starbucks again, it will not be at thesame time as the high school being let out. I was having one of those mornings where everything was going wrong and I accidentally ordered from the wrong store. When they... realized what I had done, they were so nice about it and even made my order for me so I didn?t have to run to the otherlocation. The entire staff was very friendly and the store itself was very clean and inviting and they even had the cups I hadbeen wanting to grab. Thanks for turning my morning around for the better!
