The in-store service was inadequate for not completing my order. I only ordered two items, one for my wife and myself. My wife... received her ordered drink in a reasonable time but after waiting so long for my large coffee I had to ask. I guess that he justforgot to make it. Really!???????? Read more
It?s a nice store. Seemingly a bit slower than other locations despite usually having plenty of workers. There is one thing that... irks me about this location. At any Starbucks I?ve been to, it goes as follows: ? Submit your order on the app ? Go to thestore to mobile pick-up section ? Tell them your name. If is not ready yet, you wait for your name to be called because theyknow you are there. At this location, they don?t seem to call your name once it is ready. On multiple occasions I have waitedfor up to 10 minutes, even after the order is done. I walk over and the barista is waiting for people to walk up as though I hadnot just told them my name. If it happened while super busy and only a few times, I wouldn?t bother mentioning it. It hashappened probably 8 times, and I have noticed it happen to others as well. Friendliest Starbucks in the city. I've been coming to this location since it opened. The first almost year was a little rocky... but seems to be under new management since then and I love the new team. They always go out of their way to make my day. Read more
I ordered a royal English breakfast tea latte and waited for nearly twenty five minutes since the employee Jace kept making... others? orders though I have asked if mine have done. When I asked him the second time, he picked up my cup when he saw mecoming and told me he?s making my order but put it down when I left. I?ve never met employee like this and really ruined my day.
