Order took over 30 mins and my sandwich was cold in the center.
Pretty bad. The woman at the register (medium height, light complexion, hair in a pony tail) took my order for two breakfast... sandwiches and a tall Verona. Only ten minutes later was it realized when I asked about my sandwiches that she never put them into be heated up. When another barista asked her about it she said she?d get to it when she could. Who knows when that would havebeen. Also, when she filled my coffee, she mistakenly put clear water in first (the water was in a container labeled dark roastso I can understand the initial error) - when she realized this, though, she filled in the rest of the cup with actual coffee.But she didn?t empty out the water she?d poured in my cup first! I mean are you serious?! Who wants watered down coffee?! Theman working - once he realized that things had gone awry - rectified the situation quickly and apologized multiple times which Iappreciated. Let me make something explicitly clear, I am giving this Starbucks a 5 star review because of MiMi and no other reason. She was... fantastic and the only one on staff with a line of 10+ people. That girl deserves a raise, and to have someone else staffed withher. Read more
Got a Mocha Frappuccino and it's the worst I've ever had. Tasted like mocha with no sugar. Very bitter and dissatisfied.
