I had one of the best pumpkin spice lattes in my life last night!???? I ordered a tall soy extra pumpkin spice light whip. I can... understand why they may have not heard me mention the extra pumpkin but was an easy and quick fix. I wish I would have ordered alarger size. Most times too much becomes too much for me but not in this case a tall was too small. My daughter had a Java chipadd caramel Frappuccino and she said it was delicious as well and was upset that I only ordered her a tall. Most times shedoesn?t drink the whole thing when she gets a bigger size and who wants to waste Starbucks??????????? The staff were superfriendly and nice as well, let?s not forget them because they made the drinks as good as they were. I think they added thatspecial ingredient of love! Read more

This is probably hands down the best Starbucks I?ve ever been to. The coffee, in my opinion, seems to taste better here. I?m... sure they deal with a lot working at this particular one, with it being a children?s hospital (emotional parents, rushingemployees, kids running around) and yet, they always have a smile on their face. They have a little section where kids can playwhile they wait, and the store itself is always clean. They have the usual selection of bakery items and coffee drinks, I lovethe Smoked Butterscotch iced latte they come out with around this time of year, and the cheese danish. Read more

I won't be purchasing coffee here again. I ordered a tall peppermint mocha. The drink was a full inch below the top of the cup,... roughly 20% of the cup height. If they were leaving room for whipped cream, I didn't get that either. For a drink that costsnearly $5, I'll treat myself somewhere else. Read more

Definitely not representative of the Starbucks I know. This is the first time I have left a negative review for my favorite... coffee place and it kills me that it is in Children's Hospital...where parents are already going through enough. No greeting.Literally was abruptly asked" What else?" , No smile. Scratches head with red long acrylic nails and then proceeded to make foodwith no gloves or washing one ohands.Neither of the two workers greeted or smiled. It was just miserable. And they also made amocha frap into a triple do they don't even know their product. No have a nice day or enjoy. You could tell they hated eachother or the job. It was something. I didn't dar ask for what I ordered. Oh yeah and I almost forgot, Ms. Red nails was readingher phone for a good bit of time before deciding to even acknowledge I was waiting to order....just after she finished the priortransaction. It was clear her phone was priority. Too much negative juju. Read more

The Starbucks at Children's Hospital is a quiet place that unfortunately changed it's hours and is no longer open 24 hours. It... was a great place for parents inpatient to grab a bite and coffee. I have never had anything here done badly and they are kindto my son and let him pretend he works there while he is a patient at the hospital. They let him wipe tables and greet people. It has given him something to look forward to and I am grateful. Good coffee but even better people. Read more

Everything about this listing is misleading and false. I had the intention of going here, since I?ve been to a 24-hour Starbucks... in Chicago, and figured this wouldn?t be too different. I was wrong. I parked at the garage and walked to this supposedStarbucks, only to find out it?s basically just a kiosk inside the Children?s hospital. I couldn?t even get inside the building.Every door was locked. And then, as I was trying to leave, I got trapped in their parking garage because you can?t pay for theparking pass unless you go inside. I must have circled the whole hospital by foot like 3 or 4 times while I had to leave my carstuck and unattended at the exit gate because I couldn?t even find security staff that could let me out. The pictures aremisleading. This location is not an official Starbucks and is locked inside a hospital. And I have serious doubts about it beingopen 24 hours. Read more

Really ridiculous experience here. I have a Starbucks gift card but they refuse to honor it and say they aren't "corporate".... What's that supposed to mean? Starbucks should not even use vouchers, gift cards, and coupons if they can't honor them at alllocations. Read more

Children's Hospital finally has its own Starbucks! And it's open 24/7 too! This location is a full Starbucks store/franchise,... but is owned by Children Hospital of Pittsburgh (it's staff, for instance, are all CHP employees). The store provides generousseating and a casual atmosphere for meeting others or simply enjoying your beverage, but also includes spaces for children suchas a coloring station and a seating area set off under a wooden house. The Starbucks is a welcome addition to an alreadytremendous hospital facility. Read more
