The staff at this location was personable, inclusive, kind, and gave excellent service. My partner and I were waited on by Leah... and Megan who did a masterful job of taking care of the line with speed and panache. After I got to enjoy my drink and pastry Ihad the pleasure to talk to Ruin, Dustin, and Dante, all of whom made me feel welcome and appreciated as we connected on thenature of family and acceptance. UPDATE: If this becomes a pro-union shop, it will become the ONLY Starbucks I frequent! Their entire staff is full of hard... workers who are always warm and friendly. I hope they get their union as they certainly deserve it! BUY YOUR STARBUCKSHERE! This is hands down THE BEST Starbucks in the city! (With the one in East Liberty by Whole Foods as a close 2nd) Iusually come in the evenings when it's not busy. The store (and bathrooms!) are always very clean, and the crew is ALWAYS kindand attentive. Zach in particular is the one to always help me and he is just as sweet as can be! He also calls me by name,which I appreciate. My order is ALWAYS made perfectly, and at this point when they see me they already know what I want andstart making it right away. Nice place to do work. Staff nice. Clean. Love that it's open till 9 as I work late. Parking during day can be challenging.
