If I could give 0 stars I would. I wanted to use my free birthday rewards told them once for a drink and they didn?t use it. Got... back in line to use it on food, they waited till AFTER to tell that the free birthday rewards don?t work on food. Apparently atthis target Starbucks. I?m only giving two stars because the employees were nice and did attempt to remake my drink. I had ordered a basic espresso... drink. The first attempt they put in caramel and vanilla for some reason so it was sickeningly sweet. I brought it back and theybasically gave me a cup of foamed milk - there was not nearly enough espresso added for the size of the drink. Anyways I justthrew my drink out and chalked it up as a learning experience. It?s not worth saving a couple minutes, I?ll just go to thelocation inside the mall or at the Galleria when I need to get Starbucks. Read more
Avoid this Starbucks at all costs. The service is hands down the worst of any Starbucks I?ve ever been to. It seems to take 20... minutes to make even a basic iced tea and they frequently run out of ingredients to prepare several of the menu items.Fortunately, there is another Starbucks in the mall located inside the target which is a significant improvement. They were very slow and very unorganized. I ordered a frappachino and after waiting ten minutes I finally got it. The... frappachino wasn't even a frappachino. It was very liquidy and it tasted like I was drinking chunky chocolate milk. Read more
I come here to get a drink off of the secret menu, then for some odd reason, they tell me they can't make drinks from the secret... menu. Why can't they? They didn't even see what I wanted to order before they told me they couldn't do anything off of thesecret menu. How do they know they don't have the right ingredients if they don't even know what I'm ordering. I only had coffee. A flat white which was made with almond milk. Tasty! Busy location in Market Square. Ample seating indoor... with window seating looking out on the Square for people watching. Good music waiting in the queue. Inner City vibe. Thanks! Read more
