I went to this restaurant to try the bone marrow dish, unfortunately it was not available, might come back by end of 2021, so I... asked the waitress about her recommendation, she suggested South Side Beef, Braised beef rib, house made giardiniera,horseradish aioli, arugula, side of braising liquid. I loved it, I’ll go back in Nov/Dec to try the bone marrow. Excellentservice and delicious food, my wife ordered Philly Cheese Steak, I tried it and it was great. This is a review of the food truck - NOT the restaurant Our neighborhood has been inviting different food trucks to come and... visit us on a rotating schedule. It's been great fun for the residents, and I hope the vendors are making money too. Since wesee some of the same trucks for a couple of years now, I assume so. This time, it was the food truck associated with thisrestaurant that came to visit, and we tried their offerings. Note that they serve only a very limited selection from the truck.There is a much more expansive menu at the restaurant. This is what their web site shows, and what I was also told by the owner,who was cooking in the truck on the day that we tried the food. By limited, I mean that there were only two real choices:Philly Cheesesteak; and Chicken Wingz. That's it. Oh, there were some variations, and you could also get a side of fries andsome drinks, but basically it was one sandwich and one wings. That's it. So, we got an order of a Cheesesteak, an order ofwings, and a side of fries. Like all food trucks, you give the order, they prep the food and give it to you to take away. Muchto our surprise, they handed it to us with only an aluminum wrap on the bottom - were we supposed to eat it right there? Turnsout that they had a box of additional aluminum sheets available on the counter as well as plastic bags so we were able to finishwrapping our food, pack it in the bag, and take it home. The first thing we noticed about all three dishes was how salty allthree were. Way too salty for our taste - that cost this review one whole star! The second thing that jumped to mind was thestrangeness of the pricing model. The chicken wings cost $12 - for which you got 5 wings. They were cooked well and basicallyfell off the bone.
