Pros: Clean and well-maintained and owner seems nice. Cons: Their price is 10-20% higher than any Subway in the area. I used the... app to determine the prices of various locations. My order was a footlong Veggie Delight meal. Their price with tax was $12.07.The majority of Subways in the metro area (I checked the 25 closest) charge $9.89-9.98, one charged 10.68 at Market Square, oneon Rt 8 charged 10.98 and one other charged about 11.38 at the Mall in Robinson where their rents are much higher I would guess. Jack and Sara are excellent employees and provide exceptional service. They deserve a raise.
Salads were substandard. Dressing not on the side, rather added prior to being chopped. Didn?t request for the salads to be... chopped. Called to ask and staff wouldn?t budge to make it right. It?s obvious after seeing others reviews the owner isn?tworried about losing business. Too bad, so sad, lots of folks aren?t coming back. Read more

I came on a Saturday with a huge, complex order for a dance recital. The staff were pleasant, efficient, and actually got... everything right, which was no mean feat given the number and variety of sandwiches I ordered. This subway doesn't take Subway coupons. Thought I would stop after shopping and grab a sub . I had a coupon. The owner (a very... rude man) showed me the fine print on the coupon. It said only participating stores. When I said that u didn't want the sub helaughed. Guess he doesn't need the business. Will never return to this place. BTW I got my sub in West Veiw. Read more
Just drank half of my salad because it's minced & drowned in dressing. I really used to like Subways but this one screws up our... online orders in more ways than one. Seriously this salad sucks. Also didn't get the extras I added on, dressing should've beenon the side, & my lady caught them forgetting the chips too. Pretty much in line with our last online order here, but that timethey also didn't apply our coupon to the price & when I emailed the owner about all the mistakes he did not make any mention ofthe coupon nor did he offer us any kind of reimbursement or credit or even so much as a free cookie.
