This is the second worst subway in Pittsburgh. Went in for seafood delight for lent and they did not have it. They didn't have... Tuna fish either. The staff acted as if u was bothering them when I asked for these choices. This is a strong do not go for me. Read more

I have had consistently bad experiences at this Subway, to the point that I was forced to write a negative review just to warn... fellow students. Here are some problems that I faced: 1. No sub-of-the-day and they don't accept online coupons. 2. Onlineordering system is screwed. They accepted my online order but when I went for pick up, the store was closed (even though Ireached there before the specified pickup time and during open hours). 3. Phone line doesn't work. 4. Rude employees. If youare just looking to order in store, you should be fine. Thankfully, the quality of food is up to the standard. But if you arelooking for a seamless ordering and pickup experience, I'd say go to the Oakland branch. Read more
The employees treat you like you?re bothering them and they can?t wait to get rid of you. The sandwich was cold and they barely... put any veggies in even after asking for extra. The employees had a conversation with each other while I was waiting to tellthem what veggies I wanted. Beware that this isn?t my first time and I haven?t yet encountered a good employee there! Extremely rude to Muslim customer. I came in today and explained I wanted the sandwich cut with a different knife (like washing... it or using a different knife) due to cross contamination because I cannot eat pork and the man making my sandwich was extremelyrude. He scoffed and shook his head, then another man came out and told me ?we can?t do that then we?re just not going to cut itfor you? in a very rude way.
