We came in with a large group of 20 high school students + 5 staff. The staff were extremely efficient and accommodating. Every... order was perfect and they took great care of our big group. We would definitely try to order ahead in someway next time to makeit easier! I was only sad that I couldn?t leave a tip, as we paid in petty cash & no way to get a receipt to account for thetip! This is the best subway I have been to in Pittsburgh. It is the cleanest one with the nicestt staff. During the pandemic... everyone wrote masks. They even insisted customers wear them. I go there a couple times a months and they always have what Iwant. I can't recommend this place enough Read more

Honestly, the service here is just bad. There?s a skinny mixed/white gurl who works here who is just blah and makes you not even... wanna pay for your sandwich and just leave. Bad attitudes. Usually Subway is a solid choice for me and I've never had a bad experience, but the sandwich I got today was pretty much all... bread with the least amount of toppings you could probably put in a sandwich. Gave them 2 stars because the order technicallyhad all of the right stuff on it but super disappointed in the quality. My brother got more than 1 olive per inch so that's nice. I have a really tough time ordering here because of the way it's set... up, where you walk down the line and say whether you want each piece. Also because I'm autistic with social anxiety and atendency to lose the ability to speak coherently or sometimes at all in stressful situations but the people at this particularlocation were patient with me which I really appreciate.
