Left a funeral this evening, and decided to go to Taco Bell for something quick. I?m obviously not looking for some sort of... culinary masterpiece at Taco Bell but they really did an extra terrible job tonight. Everyone was pleasant enough whenordering, and at the windows. We ordered six hard shell tacos, two nacho fries, and that was it. I just got home, prepared toair fry everything due to unavoidable sogginess. Upon inspecting the six tacos, I discovered how poorly made they were. Each andevery one of them had about a teaspoon of meat in them, randomly plopped somewhere in the taco. There was no evenly distributedfilling and there was almost NO FILLING. I understand that they?re told to not put too much filling in the tacos but there mayas well have been no filling in them. I scraped the filling out of all 6 tacos and evenly distributed it between two of theshells. It was still not an adequate amount of filling for TWO TACOS. Bad job Taco Bell staff, and bad job to whoever owns thatTaco Bell for not training your employees better. Feel free to reach out, or even better just refund all of the drive throughtransactions from around 9:50 tonight. I?m sure everyone who went to your restaurant tonight deserves that refund. It's fast food...but this location absolutely sucks. There's almost no meat in their food. A quesadilla is basically just... bread, maybe 3 pieces of chicken, and the lightest dusting of cheese. It's like they want you to still be hungry after eatingtheir food. It's never busy because it's so terrible. I don't eat Taco Bell at all anymore. Read more
Ordered Mexican pizzas but beans weren?t properly refried just put globs on it, also the tortilla is supposed to be flour... tortillas but they instead used the yellow tortillas in a Mexican Pizza which I hadn?t seen. Not only that but the tortillaswere all stale and soggy and don?t take good at all. Completely had to throw away the whole order. Read more
The car ahead of me left without ordering. Sat at the order speaker in the drive through for a few minutes with no response to... get to the window and see at least 3 people just walking around inside. Watched one guy walk by and go outside. Finally gotsomeone's attention to be told it would take 15 minutes for the night crew to "turn the line over so the food was fresher". Theguy had an attitude about the whole conversation and acted like he didn't care that other people were in the line behind me andnone of us had been responded to. Read more
The dining room is locked and they take one order at a time through the backed up drive thru. As a Doordash driver, I shouldnt... have to sit through a half hour of other people placing orders to pick up a prepaid mobile order. How hard is it to put a rackinside and let drivers come in and pick up orders? Read more
This is the fifth time I have order a very small order for two people and it has been completely wrong. The item I order arrives... but absolutely everything I add or take off is just ignored and I get the base item on the menue. I don't like alot of thesauces/creams in these lings yet I like rice beef etc. I ask for no sauce and pay for more beef/rice or whatever im feeling. Andwithout fail I get everything I said I didn't want and I pay extra for the things I like just for it not to be here. I would notrecommend this taco bell at all. Hands down the slowest Taco bell i have ever been to. Its happened every time we go through the drive thru and it doesn't matter... the time of day. Can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour to get through. Never less than 20 minutes though... the food wereceived the last time we went was not good. All the tortillas were soggy, the tomatoes were mush, lettuce was slimy, and thecheese on the tacos hard as a rock. I'm not going to be surprised if I end up with food poisoning from this one... Was told they were out of mild sauce. But when I paid I told the girl that I couldn't eat the hot stuff anymore. When I opened... the bag there was a couple packets of the mild sauce. Thank you very much. Read more
