We ordered through the app and had a technical issue where it accidentally placed 2 orders ???? I called the store and the woman... who answered helped me cancel the second order. Thank you! This Taco Bell has a 0 out of 2 rating for me, the 1st time I tried ordering was at the drive-thru & I got home to find only... half of my order in the bag. The second time was through Uber Eats & they gave me the complete wrong order which was about $40less than what I ordered. Will not be coming here again unless I can check my bag first to ensure that they didn't mess my orderup again. Read more

Went here for the first time in some months. Ordered from the dollar menu and came home to find that out of the 3 different... things I ordered, they all were exactly the same thing. If they were missing some of the items that go inside, I should havebeen notified so I could change my oder accordingly. Beef burritos should have beef in them. Let me know if you don't have redstrips, sour cream, beef or chipoltle sauce. If I wanted 8 bean burritos I'd order all bean. Gave 2 starts instead of 1 becauseI genuinely love taco bell when it's prepared properly. Read more
Disappointing experience. Sign at the counter stated due to short staffing, customers must use the kiosk and pay by... credit/debit card. First kiosk crashed while I was entering my order. When my food was served, I was not given a drink cupeven though I paid for a drink with the combo. The guy filled my cup roughly 2/3 full without any ice. I went to refill my cupusing the beverage station in the dining room. Pepsi tasted awful. I ended up dumping it back in the drain in the station. Food tasted stale, as if it were made several hours ago and left sitting on a counter. Dining room had several tables that werenot clean. I will give the guy who served me credit, as he appeared to be doing all the work while another woman was in theback talking on her cell phone. Read more
Absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the company, and that's a bold statement in of itself. It's not as if my expectations are... that high. You put meat and cheese in a shell, with some lettuce and tomatoes, and the customer is on their way. At best, ittakes them about 20 minutes to get you through the drive thru. At worst, they're just closed for any number of reasons. Deepfryer broke. Power's out...while their lights are still on and they're telling you this via a drive thru speaker. Water mainbreak that only effects them... I don't know who owns this store, but if you can't figure out why you're not making money, Isuggest looking into how many customers your staff is turning away daily. Read more

UPDATE 11/16/22: They're open for dine in! The cashier today (7/10/22) was very nice and didn't have an attitude at all. I... usually just do an online order because it's faster for both the workers and myself. Not sure if the dining room was open but Iwas given the option to pick up in-store but I wasn't taking a chance. From previous reviews it seems that the dining room isstill closed and they're not getting any applicants. I just can't believe how no one wants to work anymore and the governmentisn't forcing able-bodied people back to work. Read more
