Honestly the product is good, but the service is deplorable. Like today for example: placed an online order and went to pick it... up. When I did, employees were there and they had signs they were open but the doors were locked and no one answered the drivethru. When we asked how we could pick up our order, they said they were closed, didn?t have the order and would tell theirmanager. What? Do you want my name and order? What were they going to tell their manager? After pushing for justice theyfinally begrudgingly opened the door and magically had the order. These people straight up lied. They just didn?t want to workand preferred to stand around and smoke. After we opened the flood gates, more ppl poured into the drive thru. You?re welcomeppl. We fought the good fight for you. Got doritos tacos and the shells were stale. I had went through drive thru and it was late at night so I didn't go back.
Tried to enter the main dining area, and the doors were still locked after 9. Went through the drive through and tried to order... a breakfast box and was given a "number 12" which wasn't even visible on their physical menu, and was charged extra and told itcame with less items. Was thankfully given the missing items for no charge (employee was really good about that), but the effortto order and receive what I wanted was tremendous and the place was clearly both understaffed and struggling, and I wasliterally the only customer the entire time. Late night run to get something to eat after work not many restaurants are open like Taco Bell I'm just sick and tired all these... restaurants saying Covid 19 ECT putting a blame on the epidemic cutting their hours are operation and they claim they don't havestaff to fill the shifts I just think it's another way for them to say are we going to close up early is it truly wanted to beopen they definitely would start hiring people Read more
Mostly accurate when ordering online and picking up inside, but the service is slow. Looks like they make the orders for every... car in the drive-thru before making the in store pickup orders. Read more
Taco Bell was open late whichi thoughtwas awesome. I had an itch. The service was awesome but they obviously didn't hear me... correctly over the speaker. I ordered 3 Dorito Loco Taco supremes. I got regular Taco supremes. I also ordered a crunch wrapwith extra beef because the last time I went, there was barely any meat on it. Guess what, no extra beef. Nobody wants tacos orcrunch wraps with no meat on it if they ordered it with meat. Come on now. Fast food cost to much for these kind of errors. Read more
This is a place is so disgusting and a taco bell we will no longer be going to. I'm a vegetarian and they served me something I... didn't even order with meat in it, but it had the cheese bean and rice wrapper. Then they also gave us a soggy taco with wetpaper that looked like it was chewd through!?! Like what?!? So, disgustingly horrible. Read more
