Stopped in tonight on (10/8/2022), they ended up getting my order wrong. I got a nacho del grande and specified I only wanted... chips, cheese and beef, they put sour cream all over the nachos and I tried to take most of it off. And I got a meal deal thatwas supposed to have crunchy tacos but instead I got all soft tacos. Be more careful when you read the orders please. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Hard shell tacos were pre-made and soggy. The hard shells were stale and a couple of my... tacos had a little beef, no lettuce and chewy nasty melted cheese. I should have turned the car around and thrown them backthrough the drive through window. Read more
Taco Bell is a clean and sanitary place to eat...but their food prep is not uniformed enough! From day to day or place to eat... their food will noticably differ, depending on who does the preparation! I take a chance each time I eat there! Read more
Jul-22 Edit: Bumping up from 2 back to 4 stars as staffing situation seems to have improved after we gave them another try after... a couple month break. We must've had a string of good luck on past visits in catching the place staffed. Waited in drive-thruthis past Saturday afternoon for 20 minutes (door to dining room was locked with no sign explaining why) only to be told theywere not serving when we got to the speaker. I get staffing shortages are a broader theme these days but if you can't staffenough people to stay open during prime weekend time, I don't think this location will go the distance. Read more
Stopped in for takeout, the vehicle I was in doesn't fit in the drive thru, after ordering our meals, my partner and I waited... over 20 minutes for our food. The drive thru and lobby was not busy, I ordered a beef supreme burrito and 2 soft taco supremes,I was paying with cash when the 2 employees gave me a negative attitude making a few snide remarks. Upon waiting patiently andbeing PROFESSIONAL, I took my bag. While traveling, I noticed none of my items were correct, I had a beef and cheese burritothat was unwrapped and leaking in the bag and 2 unwrapped soft tacos that were also leaking in the bag. Everything was notedible which was a waste of $13. If I or my partner made a mistake or didn't care, someone would die. I have seen Taco bell locations getting an upgrade in infrastructure and services. This one did get a new building but there is... still room for improvement in the service, it will do the job but please see if the service quality can be increased. Read more
