Caution if booking for event: have a back up ready. We were initially so excited to hire the Terrene food truck for our wedding.... They had lots of options for the menu and service style. After sending the quote, however, they did not follow up withcommunications. I reached out numerous times with questions, and they did not answer. I ended up signing the contract withoutanswers, since we wanted to work with them so much. I emailed right after, and they responded that someone would be in touch. Icalled the next week, and they verbally confirmed that we had the date, that we submitted the contract, and that someone wouldfollow up with us for details regarding payment and the answers to our original questions. After hearing nothing, I called andemailed them after a month, when they suddenly said "our client file shows that you never submitted the contract and the date isno longer yours." We were absolutely blind-sided, especially considering we communicated twice after the contract was submitted. Whether due to clerical or technological error on their end, they dropped us 3 months before the wedding. I'm not sure what wecould have done better, but I would recommend keeping contact with your other options until everything is paid, not just signedor confirmed. Read more
If you want to eat some delicious healthy salads which is worth it?s money. I tried flatbread from my friend it is really... delicious, for salads I have been eating the famous fried chicken salad. I advise it to everyone if you are not vegan orvegetarian (since there is chicken in it). Portion vise it?s perfect for me. Personally I loved the chicken salad with vitaminwater. Very impressed with my delivery order, the fries and potatoes in the breakfast bowl survived the delivery well. I appreciate... that the potatoes were cooked perfectly to prevent being soggy by the time it arrived. You could tell the food was freshly madeand care was put into it. Portions are very good as well! Will definitely revisit this spot, have been hunting for a goodbreakfast spot to order from. Read more
I love this place! Atmosphere is comfortable for a needed lunch break. Ingredients are fresh, fresh fresh!!! Breakfast bowls can... feed 2 people, definitely will meet your hunger need. Soups are amazing, steak chili is colorful and full of flavor. Salads are tasty and customized. Employees move quick at every visit and still give great service! You will not be disappointed. I hosted an afternoon bridal shower at Terrene and it was amazing! The food is absolutely delicious and the restaurant is... beautiful (which made it even easier to decorate). It was the perfect place to host this shower and the guests were in lovewith the menu. Menu included: Charcuterie Cones,Margarita Flatbreads, California Chicken Flatbreads, Crudite and Grilled Naanwith house-made hummus. Read more
