I do not think it is too much to ask, nor do I think it should need to be asked, but a bartender putting down a menu (or... cocktail napkin) without wiping the counter from the previous guest is just GROSS. In this case, when I ‘attempted’ to askfor something to wipe it as she was placing a menu down, this bartender [a very miserable female] just blew a gasket. Didn't even sit down as the waitress was so rude talking to us at the hostest stand we couldn't stomach it.. If you hate your... life so much don't come in to work, you definitely do not belong in customer service.. Great service and food was yummy. Environment was poor. Duct taped booths...worn out tables, loss of seating by the... windows....extremely limited breakfast menu. As we move away from Covid, it's time to reinvest in this restaurant. I've alwaysenjoyed it and would like to enjoy it again. Read more

I always eat here everytime I fly out of Pittsburgh. I normally always pay with TGI Friday’s gift cards when I do because... family give them to me as gift regularly. I was told yesterday that they don’t accept gift cards as payment and I was in ahurry to catch flight so I didn’t question it but then the server questioned why I would ONLY tip 20% before leaving.
